Q – How do i make a claim

A – That’s easy complete our online form and click submit

Q – I want to stock your products how do i do this ?

A – Simply give our sales team a call 01482 235265 or email sales@leatherguard.co.uk

Q – If my pet chewed the leather is it covered?

A – No, but as with any leather guard claim, we can repair this for you request a price.

Q – If i left fizzy drinks on my leather for 2 or more days am i covered?

A – No, this has to be removed at once for cover to be valid, again if its been on for a long time, we can repair this ask for a quote.

Q – Someone has been sick in my car and its stained all over

A – This is covered, make a claim today and this will be resolved.

Q – Other companies say if i set fire to my leather nothing will happen, if it does am i covered?

A – No you wont be covered and any that suggests this is completely wrong.

Q – If I spill battery acid on my seats am i covered?

A – No we don’t cover for damage like this as batteries should not be carried in a vehicles interior

Q – If my kids drew on the seats with pen am i covered.

A – Yes, this depends on how much of the leather they have scribbled on.

Q – An old wives tale said if i rub peanut butter into my leather its good for it and now its stained

A – This isn’t covered, but our network of technicians can resolve this for you request a quote today.

Q – I have blue jean dye transfer on my leather, am i covered

A – Yes, this can be removed under the terms of the warranty

Q – My leather is dirty can you come and clean it as i cant be bothered.

A – No this is not covered, we can come along and clean it ask for a quote.

Q – I’ve got sun damaged leather what can i do about it

A – This is covered under the terms of our warranty

Q – I don’t want a repair i want a replacement

A – Unfortunately we only provide a repair service under the terms of the warranty, the warranty does not cover replacements.

Q – I have makeup on my leather is this covered?

A – Yes this is covered and we can remove this for you.

Q – I have had something sat on my seats and its dented them, can you come out and fix it please

A – This is not covered under the terms of the warranty, but our skilled technicians can remove this request a quote.

Q – I got sun cream lotion on leather can you help ?

A – Sure this is no problems its all covered under the warranty.

Q – I fell over and scuffed my leather jacket, can you repair this please

A – This isn’t covered under the terms of the warranty, but request a quote as we can fix this issue for you.

Q – I got red wine all over my leather am I covered

A – Yes your covered register a claim today

Q – I got curry on my leather, can this be removed

A – Yes this is covered under the terms of the warranty.

Q – I have grease stains on my leather can you remove them

A – This is covered make a claim today.

Q – Other companies say they will cover industrial fallout on my leather will you

A – No this will not be covered and no one actually does cover this

Q – I have worn through my leather and now i have a hole can you fix it

A – This isn’t covered by the warranty, but we can fix this request a quote

Q – My dustbin bag has leaked all over my cars back seat can you remove the stains

A – This is not covered under the terms of the warranty, as you should never place a dustbin bag on your cars seat

Q – My leather steering wheel has pen on it

A – No problems this can be resolved under the terms of the warranty, submit a claim today

Q – I have shoe polish on my leather is it covered

A – Yes this is covered, make a claim today

Q – My aftershave has leaked and looks like its removed the colour ?

A – This is covered under the terms of the warranty, submit a claim today.

Q – I got hairspray on my leather am I covered?

A – Yes, put in a claim and this will be resolved for you.
